How does hourly billing work?

Each Instance is billed hourly up to its monthly cost cap, we have estimated that each month has about 720 hours (30 days), and once you deployed an instance your account will be charged for it hourly, by deducting each hour cost from your credit balance.

What happens if I exceed my monthly bandwidth quota?

You will be charged $1 per each additional GB, but if your balance doesn’t have enough credit to cover the extra bandwidth usage the instance which exceeded it’s quota will keep running but the system will null its IP. which means you won’t be able to access it remotely unit you recharge your credit balance

Do I have to pay the full monthly cost every time I create a new instance?

No – You only need to make sure that your account has enough credit balance that covers the instance hourly cost, only new accounts with less than 30 days billing history will need to pay the cost of the entire month for each new instance, you can contact support regarding this restriction.

Am I charged while my Instance is powered-off?

Yes – Your disk space, CPU, RAM, and IP address are all reserved resources while your instance is powered off.

What happens if my balance has zero or negative balance?

Your account will be suspended, till you add credit to your balance, don’t worry this won’t affect any of your up and running instances, but you won’t be able to manage instances power options or change its state. to recover the control back again and avoid automatic termination consider add credit as soon as possible.

What form of payments do you accept?

Currently we accept PayPal only, and soon we’ll add credit cards and SADAD

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, please open up a ticket with us.
