How to pay?

Now it is very easy to make payment to XeonBD for any offered service like domain name registration/domain transfer/domain renewal, web hosting, VPS server hosting, Cloud Server Hosting, Dedicated Server hosting etc. using any international or local Bangladeshi credit card or debit card or mobile banking service like bKash, Rocket, Islami Bank MCash, MyCash, IFIC Mobile Banking etc. and internet banking of CityTouch, Brac Bank, Bank Asia, Islami Bank, Mutual Trust Bank, AB Bank through SSLCommerz and server/services activates almost instantly once after completing the payment online.

Note: As you will make the payment using any of the above payment methods your XeonBD’s invoice will be paid instantly upon successful payment on the payment gateway’s website.But if any how the payment proceeded successfully on the gateway provider’s website but the invoice does not mark as paid on your XeonBD’s account, nothing to worry about the matter. Just send us an email to sales@xeonbd.com with your scan government issues ID card (e.g. National ID/Passport/Driving License/Student ID, etc.), a recent passport size photograph and proof of address (e.g. Utility Bill like Gass Bill, Electricity Bill, Mobile Phone Bill, etc.)

Pay bill with mobile banking

Go to your bKash Mobile Menu by dialing "*247#" and choose “Payment"

Enter "01849444494" in Merchant bKash Account Number field.

Enter the amount that mentioned in your "Invoice".

Enter "Invoice ID" as Reference number and enter "1" as counter number.

Now enter your bKash "PIN" to confirm. Done! You will receive a confirmation mail from XeonBD.

Go to your Nagad Mobile Menu by dialing "*167#" and choose “Payment" option.

Enter "01849444494" in Merchant bKash Account Number field.

Enter the amount that mentioned in your "Invoice".

Enter "Invoice ID" as Reference number and enter "1" as counter number.

Now enter your bKash "PIN" to confirm. Done! You will receive a confirmation mail from XeonBD.

Direct Bank Transfer

Please write your domain name/your hosting account username on the bank-in slip, then scan it and email to sales@xeonbd.com (sales) or submit a ticket at our SALES department from your clients area. In the case of depositing cheque or making a deposit using deposit machine at our Bank account, we need at least the time for cheque clearance which may take maximum 4-7 days to verify your order. For immediate processing, please remember to open a ticket/email us the transaction transcript.

We strongly recommend our customer to pay the invoice as early as you can, for avoiding any kind of interrupted service. As in case of renewal if we don’t get the information in time we’ll not be able to renew your account/service on time, that may cause losing your account/service & XeonBD will not responsible for it.

If you have already paid your dues using bank/wire transfer or bKash you are requested to send us the scan copy of your bank-in slip or bKash transaction details to sales@xeonbd.com for the due settlement.
