Step # 1: Log into WHM account. Here you find out the search bar option.
Step # 2: Type List Accounts into the search box.
Step # 3: You have to type the required domain using the domain/username option. Then click on Find button.
Step # 4: Click on [+] button . Now you can see the expanded area with some action options.
Step # 5: Click on Terminate Account to delete the cPanel account.
Step # 6: On the Terminate an Account page, you have to confirm the domain and user name. If you are moving the account from a different server, you need to click Keep DNS Zone section. Then click on the Terminate button.
Step # 7: A confirmation pop-up will come. Click on Proceed button to delete the account.
Step # 8: Then you will find a confirmation message which is Account Removal Status: ok.
Step # 9: You will receive a confirmation mail that the account has been deleted.
