This article will guide you on how to export or download emails from your server by using Horde and Roundcube Webmail interface.
To export/download Emails with Webmail on a cPanel Server you need to follow these steps:
Step # 1: Login to the cPanel account and click on Email Accounts button.
Step # 2: On the Email Accounts page, you will find the email address. Click on More option. Find and click on Access Webmail option.
Download Emails with RoundCube Webmail
RoundCube supports email downloading a single email at one time.
Step # A: Click on the Roundcube option. Here you find your email interface. Click on More option.
Step # B : Then find and click on Download(.eml) option.
Export Emails with Horde Webmail
Horde support email export a large number of emails at one time.
Step # A: Click on Horde option. Here you find your email interface. Right Click on INBOX section. Then click on the Export option.
Step # B: Now you will find a confirmation message with Download into MBOX file. Then click OK option to start the download file.
